Training with Beyond Strength Sports Performance will build your foundation on a rock. We have programs that will prepare athletes for long-term athletic success.

These are a few benefits of our training programs:

  • Training programs that will help you reach your full potential in a safe, fun, and challenging environment.
  • Build up your base strength, increase speed and agility, and develop explosive power.
  • Correct movement mechanics and incorporate pre-habilitation exercises to reduce the risk of injuries.
  • Individualized training with groups of four or less athletes creating a highly motivated environment while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate performance.
  • Nutritional guidance and body fat testing to track progress.

I will personally mentor you to help you reach your goals. Do you want to be fast and explosive? Then getting strong is a must. I will challenge and help you to give your best on and off the field. Each athlete will receive a personalized one-on-one consultation designed to assess your level of physical fitness, commitment, and any limitations you may have. Then we take you through a free workout where additional assessment is done to determine strengths and weaknesses in your posture, mobility, and flexibility helping us determine your plan for success!

We have 4 monthly schedules available to fit your needs and goals in or out of season:

  • 1 session per week  $140 month
  • 2 sessions per week  $240 month
  • 3 sessions per week  $300 month
  • 4 sessions per week  $395 month
