Brad St.Louis

Brad has been a certified NSCA trainer since 2001. With a B.S. in Dietetics and an Exercise Science minor, he set himself apart and reached his full potential in his sport with a 10-year NFL career by optimizing his training.

Success in sports is in the details. I never wanted to leave a stone unturned. I wanted to make the most of my God-given talent.
